We're sharing our villa with you!!  It's just like having a timeshare in Midway, Utah, without the costs associated with ownership!  Whether you are looking to escape the Arizona heat in the summer, enjoy the best snow on earth during the winter, or just have a nice weekend get-away this is the place!!  Spend the day playing tennis, golfing, swimming in the pool, and relaxing in the spa. 
We have moved away from our beautiful 2 bedroom villa in Midway, Utah and we're not able to use it as much as we'd like. We’d love to have our family and friends come up and enjoy the property.
Our villa is located within Zermatt Resort and is located in Midway, Utah. It is an amazing two bedroom chateau villa (sleeps 8). Built with the best of the best. Top floor, end unit. Quiet and peaceful. Includes living room with fold-out couch, kitchen, awesome master suite and lock-out second bedroom with two queen beds. Comes fully furnished including basic kitchen items and utencils.
You'll find no escape that compares to Zermatt Resort. Amenities include: a sand volleyball court, tennis courts, an executive golf course, indoor/outdoor swimming, an owners club, walking trails, a kids area, fabulous dining in either Schneitters restaurant or Matty's Bistro, staffed and updated fitness center with saunas and aroma therapy steam rooms, one of the best spas in the state and a renown bakery on-site.
At the same time, the property is located just across the street from the Homestead 's golf course, two minutes from Wasatch golf course and six minutes from Soldier Hollow. And if that isn't enough opportunity to make par, Zermatt 's own putting course offers great opportunity for frustration or relaxation depending upon your game.
The shuttles run daily connecting you to any of your local destinations including all ski-resorts from Sundance to the Canyons.

To help with our costs of the property, we are asking for $100 a night plus $65 cleaning fee. You’ll have access to the resort amenities, but they won’t come and clean the villa everyday.  We also ask that you respect the property and take care of it as if it were your own!!
